Founder and Managing Partner

Prior to founding Clairemont Development Group, Mr. Allen’s career in the engineering and single-family industries spans nearly 20 years - most recently as Vice President of Land Acquisition & Development for the top public homebuilding company in the nation. Mr. Allen has been directly responsible for the entitlement, development, capitalization, and execution of over 30,000 residential lots in 25+ separate municipalities across the D/FW, Midland/Odessa, and Oklahoma City markets. Mr. Allen is holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Edward E. Whitacre Jr. College of Engineering at Texas Tech University, and has held engineering licenses in Texas and California.

JOSH DYER

Partner

Prior to his time with Clairemont, Mr. Dyer served as an Investment Associate at a Fort Worth, Texas based real estate investment & development firm, where he was tasked with acquiring multifamily and industrial assets. In this role, he was responsible for deal sourcing, investment underwriting, and structuring equity decks. He has assisted in capital raises, performed due diligence analyses, sourced debt, and managed assets. Mr. Dyer is a graduate of the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas.
